What are your shipping options?

We offer standard and express shipping across Egypt. Orders above 999 EGP ship for free. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.

 

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days only if the accessory has a defect. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email to start the process.
